Kansas City indie rockers Go Indigo released their first EP, AVEC AMOUR on November 12th, 2025. Their debut EP follows the release of their 2024 breakout demo tape, Entertainment. AVEC AMOUR sees the band introduce a fully realized version of their spin on Meet Me In The Bathroom-era indie. Over 4 tracks, Go Indigo hones their sun-soaked danceability into an in-your-face, funk-influenced indie pop that keeps the band’s midwest guitar rock roots.

AVEC AMOUR conceals a litany of interpersonal frustrations under layers of glittering pop polish. Swirling, infectious breakup hits “Take It or Leave It” and “Out of Focus” kick off the EP’s first leg, followed by fuzz-laden freak outs on “Copy and Pasted” and “Starting Over”. The band’s driving low-end grooves, interlaced guitar work, and left-field vocal hooks propelled the EP to #2 on Jedd Beaudoin’s (Pop Matters, NPR) Best of 2025 list, a front page interview on The Pitch KC, and tens of thousands of streams in its first 2 months. Go Indigo rocketed into 2026 with a nearly sold out hometown show at The Madrid Theatre in Kansas City.
